After being used for a period of time, the noise of the engineering hydraulic motor increases particularly obviously. This is mainly because the hydraulic motor operates under high load conditions for a long time, and the lubrication conditions are not well guaranteed, resulting in the wear of some components of mechanical relative motion, such as bearings, couplings and other moving parts, resulting in component matching errors. In addition, the hydraulic impact and hydraulic cavitation of the system are also important factors causing the increase of hydraulic motor noise.
1、 The speed decreases or the output torque decreases
1. The internal plunger of the hydraulic motor does not fit well with the cylinder block or the clearance of the valve distribution device is improper. The troubleshooting method is to repair and replace the hydraulic motor and strictly clean the hydraulic oil.
2. The spindle, bearing and other parts are damaged. The elimination method is to replace parts;
3. Hydraulic pump failure. The troubleshooting method is to repair the hydraulic pump;
4. Failure or misalignment of hydraulic accessories. The troubleshooting method is to repair or adjust the hydraulic accessories.
2、 Low speed stability degradation
1. Hydraulic oil pollution causes wear of parts in the hydraulic motor. The elimination method is to repair and replace the hydraulic motor, strictly clean the hydraulic system and hydraulic oil tank, and replace the hydraulic oil;
2. The oil supply of hydraulic pump is abnormal, which makes the oil supply abnormal. The troubleshooting method is to check the relevant components and restore the normal oil supply conditions;
3. The hydraulic system is mixed with air, resulting in pressure fluctuation, or cavitation and cavitation in the hydraulic system. The elimination method is to eliminate the gas in the system and the causes of cavitation and cavitation.
3、 Noise increase
1. The system pressure and flow exceed the rated value. The troubleshooting method is to find out the causes of pressure and flow fluctuation;
2. Internal parts of hydraulic motor (such as bearing, stator, main shaft, etc.) are damaged. The troubleshooting method is to repair or replace the hydraulic motor;
3. Hydraulic oil pollution increases the friction of moving parts. The elimination method is to clean the hydraulic system, filter or replace the hydraulic oil;
4. Loose and eccentric moving parts. The troubleshooting method is calibration, matching or replacement;
5. Hydraulic shock or cavitation of the system. The elimination method is to eliminate the gas in the system;
4、 Increased leakage
1. Loosening of fastening screws due to mechanical vibration. The elimination method is to tighten the screws;
2. The seal is damaged. The troubleshooting method is to replace the seal;
3. The hydraulic oil is polluted and the components are worn. The troubleshooting method is to repair or replace the corresponding components, filter or replace the hydraulic oil.
